The CGHover Process

Get a better idea of your business and business needs. Make sure our working relationship will be compatible. One of the leading reasons why business ventures fail is simply the lack of compatibility between parties.

Once we conclude our initial analysis of your company, we will submit a request for financial information. Upon receiving all the requested information, our initial analysis team will draft a detailed report as a basis for the recasting of your prior financials and will provide the blueprint of our proposal to meet your company goals. If you agree with our proposal, you will be asked to proceed to sign a contract designed around your specific needs and retain us to proceed.

Next, we will revisit your company and our executive management team will provide a list of questions and request additional information from you. This will be used to reshape our analysis. This is a very important step that is often skipped over in this industry. By revisiting our analysis we will be able to place your company in the best situation for maximum opportunities.

The final analysis will be done by one of our senior executives to ensure that your company is presented to compatible sources in a way that will most pique their interest.

Your package will consist of two key items. The first item is a marketing piece designed to get potential sources interested in your deal. The second item is a complete package, including revised financials that will be provided to sources once they have expressed an interest, proven the ability to perform, and have signed a confidentiality agreement with us. We begin preparing these packages from the day the contract is signed. Our final analysis is usually completed within a few weeks.

From the day you direct us as consultants and brokers, we begin working through our extensive alliances for compatible sources to achieve your goals. We also search outside our database for any additional sources in order to have the absolute best chance of accomplishing your goals. Our senior management team will personally speak to these sources on your behalf. Our team will handle all communications with the interested sources.

Furthermore we understand that rarely is a transaction completed once the deal is signed, rather the underlying commitments and contingencies only then begin. Our expertise will enhance your long-term results.
